Description
Description
MasterLine Iron is a single component fertiliser containing chelated iron, an essential micronutrient. The stable form of iron will not salt out by reacting with phosphate in the tank and therefore will remain available to the aquarium plants for a long time. Iron deficiency results in reduced chlorophyll production and leaf chlorosis. By fertilising with MasterLine Iron the iron balance in the aquarium is regulated and the plants show strong colors again.
MasterLine Phosphate can be combined with all single component fertilisers of MasterLine or can be used as a supplement to the complete fertilisers such as the MasterLine All In One to selectively fertilise iron.
- Single component fertiliser with chelated iron
- Suitable for daily or weekly dosage
- No salting out due to reaction of iron and phosphate
- For bright leaf colours
- Combinable with MasterLine single nutrient fertilisers or MasterLine complete fertilisers
- Available in 500 ml and 1000 ml bottles
Application
1 ml MasterLine Iron per 30 litres of aquarium water adds the following nutrients: | |
---|---|
Fe | 0,1 mg/l |
MasterLine Iron is dosed as required if the iron concentration in the tank is less than 0.1 mg/l. Dosing can be done daily or weekly.
The recommended dosage is only a guideline. Depending on the aquarium, the dosage of the fertiliser can be reduced or increased to achieve optimum results.
Caution
Use in combination with activated carbon or UV lamps is not recommended, as their use can alter the nutrient properties of the fertiliser. Shake bottle well before use. Store in a cool place without direct sunlight.
